About Kelley World
Kelley World was established in 1975 and is an outgrowth of a family-owned manufacturing and distribution company (Kelley Manufacturing). As a result, it is firmly rooted in understanding how to use computers in a real world business environment. We originally specialized in Wang VS systems and have supported and developed many products developed in COBOL, APPX and PACE since their initial release. More recently, we have worked extensively with Oracle and have developed applications using Oracle Application Express.
